Our Warranty

We build for longevity. Below is our typical coverage; if your project specifies different materials or finishes, we’ll align warranty terms to the specification.

Workmanship (fabrication & installation): 12 months from substantial completion.
Electrical components & LEDs: Covered by manufacturer’s warranty; we facilitate claims during the workmanship term.
Paint & powder coat finishes: Manufacturer’s finish warranty applies when available; limits for color fade and environmental exposure apply.
Exclusions: Vandalism, accidents, power surges, or misuse. Storm/wind events beyond code design loads are excluded unless specified.

Warranty FAQ

How do I file a warranty claim?

Send your project name, install address, photos/video, and proof of purchase to sales@signsbyghouston.com. We’ll reply within one business day with next steps.

Does warranty transfer to a new owner?

Workmanship coverage follows the installation location. Transferability depends on the project contract. Ask us if you plan to transfer ownership.

Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?

Yes—COIs naming your organization as additional insured are available upon request. Lead time: typically 1–2 business days.

Need documents for a bid or onboarding?

We’ll send certificates, licenses, W‑9 and COI in one email.
