2. Warranty and Guarantees
We offer a 7-year parts and labor warranty on all signage manufactured by Signs By G Houston.
Refunds are not available for any manufactured products.
Guarantees will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to specific requirements agreed upon prior to production.
3. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the project, unless otherwise noted in writing.
Failure to make payments as outlined may result in delays or cancellation of your order.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are required to review and approve artwork and production drawings before manufacturing begins.
Any changes made after artwork or production approval will be the customer’s responsibility and may result in additional charges.
Customers must ensure that installation areas are accessible and comply with any necessary local regulations.
5. Delays and Liability
Production and installation timelines may be affected by weather conditions, including rain, snow, and cold temperatures.
Delays may occur if crane trucks cannot operate safely in adverse weather, or if environmental conditions prevent the proper application of window graphics or flex faces.
Signs By G Houston is not liable for delays caused by weather or other uncontrollable factors.
